Meditation Group Free

MEETING SPOT: 

Meet at cheeseman park to the right of the pavilion by the small garden with benches. If you are not familiar, the pavilion is the large concrete pillar structure in the center of the park. Parking throughout the neighborhood on Race st, high st, etc.

• Meditation is enhanced with the presence of other meditators through thought vibration and energy exchange. When a group of meditators forms a link of physical contact with one another the energy created can be powerful and deepen the meditation.

• No experience is necessary, this practice is the simplest form of  meditation beneficial for the most advanced yogi to the 1st time meditator. 

• Its not required to make physical contact with the person next to you but highly encouraged to form the link between the group.

• Basic instructions will be given at the beginning, we will meet at 6:30 and begin at 6:40 for 30 minutes.

• Feel free to wear headphones, lie down, bring blankets or cushions to make yourself comfortable.

• Completely free, no donations needed.
