I'm Carol from Angelic Harmony Holistic Therapies. I've been involved in healing and teaching for 25 years, and I've previously run meditation groups for 10 years.
I love bringing people together in a relaxed, welcoming space where everyone can feel comfortable, whether they're completely new to meditation or returning after a break.
There is no need to have any experience. Just bring yourself, an open mind and a willingness to take a little time for you.
