Meditation For Kids - A wonderful opportunity for the little people in your life ☺️?
These classes aim to develop and nurture the good qualities in children, through meditation and positive thinking.
The session lasts for half an hour in the meditation room, followed by refreshments with art and craft activities.
These classes are for children aged 5 – 10 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
