Meditation stands as one of only a few universal spiritual practices that can transform us so deeply and so quickly.Yuma Center for Spiritual Living is thrilled to once again offer weekly meditation gatherings for our members and the greater community. Since everyone can benefit, everyone is invited.
Thursday Meditation returns December 5, offering weekly 30-minute meditation sessions led by an experienced member of our center. The start time will be 6:30 PM.
People representing all levels of experience with meditation are welcome, as are seekers from all spiritual paths. Let’s come together in consciousness to reveal the Peace, Balance, Guidance and Joy that we know can be found within all of us.
Feel free to bring your own pillow or mat. Comfortable chairs will also be provided.
We look forward to welcoming you to Thursday Meditation and to our loving and life-affirming spiritual center.
