A 4 week course on Wednesday mornings beginning Wed 8th Oct 10am-11.15am. The focus will be on reducing anxiety, finding calm and rebalancing your nervous system. It will include breathwork, Vagus Nerve reset routine and guided meditation.
Cost: £45 for 4 weeks or come along to individual classes for £15 each. Refreshments (tea and biscuits) available at the end of the session.
