This meditation class will explore various types of meditation practices, breathwork (pranayama), and the many wonderful benefits of a regular meditation practice. We will discuss ways to create a sacred space in your home and how to stay grounded while on the go during everyday life.

There will be practice time while bringing in guided imagery and sound vibration using mantras and other tools. Come join me for a two hour morning filled with meditation techniques to incorporate more peace, calm, and balance for your deserving self!
