Allow Collette to guide you through a journey of sound vibration using Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gong, hand pan, and other various instruments as the vibrations wash over you and bring you into a deep state of relaxation.
No experience necessary. Come in find a place to lie down and listen, let the sounds do the rest. Join us for a unique experience of relaxation and rejuvenation on Sunday, July 14 at New Dawn Yoga. You will emerge from the session feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
