Join us for a potent, power vinyasa style yoga class every Tuesday evening designed to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and conditioning via a 60 minute, all levels flow. Courtney Bishop, BSBA, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Trauma Informed Yoga teacher, will be your guide for this class, synergizing her passions of strength and well being to offer an empowering, restorative, and balanced flow.
