Join us for a free meditation in loving memory of Sharath, and in gratitude for his devotion to the Ashtanga community around the world. Whether you knew him or not, we were all touched by his light, woven as it is into the Ashtanga lineage and into our community at Mysore Montreal.
The meditation will be followed by a community potluck, open to all with little ones very welcome. I will be bringing my three kids, and I invite you to bring yours. A celebration of Sharath’s life should include their joyful energy, not unlike his own.
In a moment of loss, the greatest gift we have is each other.
