Meditation & Arts is a weekly creative outlet to unwind, reset, and return to yourself.
Each class gently offers you:
* Nervous system regulation & meditation tools
* Various creative opportunities to create something fun that is YOU!
This is a no-judgement space. I myself am not a trained artist, and I'm not here to *teach* you how to do art. But I am here to help you create a space for yourself where you can use arts to express in whatever way <3
You’ll leave feeling less anxious, more grounded, and reconnected to the version of you that knows how to move forward with peace and purpose.
This is your midweek reset - from survival mode back into alignment.
