On this course we will explore how the mind works and how different techniques through meditation and mindfulness can aid in living more in the now and releasing stress. Combining the techniques with affirmations, mantras, colours and visualisations, over the weeks you will build your own toolkit to use after the course completes.
This course allows you to adapt your own daily routines to continue working with a positive mental attitude.
What will be covered on the course?
- The power of the mind and vibrational chart
- Breaking the cycle and flipping the switch to positive thinking
- Visualization tools to shift your energy
- Inspirations to empower your life using Mindfulness and Affirmations
- Goals, Plans and priorities
- Self-Love and Empowerment
What will learners achieve by the end of the course?
- Recognise how powerful the mind is and describe techniques to focus on positive energy
- Recall negative thought patterns and select meditation techniques to shift to positive thinking
- Identify ways to visualize and review which works best for you personally
- Complete empowering affirmations and execute a routine around mindfulness
- Experiment a mindful approach to life with the use of affirmations
- Develop goals and plans and review self love techniques

- Paper and pen for notes.
PDF slides will be sent via email each week to Learners. Please let the tutor know if you would like these as handouts per week.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required). As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
