Every Sunday we meet for a meditation to help ground us for the coming week. These are meditations to also help you push past any obstacles you may be feeling or facing within yourself. As you meditate, you are also led through an energetic cleaning and cleansing to help you get back into rhythm with life.Everyone is welcome and it is free to attend, but donations are always welcome, just let us know ahead of time if you plan to be there! You're encouraged to bring a chair, blanket or something comfortable to sit on. any instruments you feel let do bring is also welcome as we will go right into drumming after the meditation. ?
