Join our 5 week meditation challenge. You’ll be guided in a cycle of ancient, tried and tested meditations, known as LAMRIM.
To tone, stretch and strengthen the muscles of the body we need to exercise. In a similar way, we need meditation to grow, strengthen and improve the capacity of our mind.
Following a simple, yet profound and authentic series of meditations, you will be guided on an inner journey of contemplation and meditation, that is the Liberating Path. Meditation calms the mind, making us peaceful, balanced and focused in our daily life. Ultimately, it enables us to awaken our spiritual potential and find lasting joy and contentment.
Whether you attend every class in the series or drop in when you can, you'll benefit from this Meditation Challenge.
Each class consists of a talk and two guided meditations. The classes are self-contained and presented as part of a series. Drop into any class. Classes are suitable for beginners and those wishing to deepen their experience.
