Meditate & Paint Series; Chakra Exploration & Healing: Crown Chakra

Join us for a truly unique and soul-nourishing journey—Meditate & Paint, a 7-part, once monthly, healing circle dedicated to exploring one of the seven chakras in each session.

In this intimate, creative, and healing experience, you will:

✨ Learn about the chakra of the month—its meaning, signs of balance or imbalance, and ways to support it.

✨ Be guided through a soothing meditation incorporating aroma therapy to connect with that energy center.

✨ Create a chakra-inspired painting to take home. Each participant will be guided by artist Lauren (ArtGal Lolo) to create a unique piece of art reflective of their journey. No art experience needed!

✨ Receive chakra information to take home, along with a crystal and affirmation card connected to that chakra.

✨ Enjoy an optional Reiki Energy Balancing from Rose of Led By Love.

Beautiful, handmade chakra crystal bracelets will also be available for purchase to further support your energy journey.

Single Session: $65

Commit to all 7 sessions: $60 per session. You will be billed $60 upon checkout and then you will receive an email to set up auto withdrawl of $60 per month for the remaining 6 months.

Commit to all 7 sessions with one time payment in full: $57 per session. You will be charged $400 upon checkout.

Please Note: Once you commit to all 7 sessions there are no refunds for missed classes. If you cannot attend a session, it can be transferred to another individual.

Rose – Led By Love – Meditation & Reiki Master Teacher and energy healer dedicated to supporting emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.

Crystal & Affirmation Card – Discover your crystal and affirmation for this chakra, and learn how to use them for ongoing support.

Guided Meditation – Connect deeply with the chakra’s energy and set intentions for your creative process.

Info: Guided Chakra Painting – (no art experience needed). You will be provided a canvas with a partial outline. Lauren will then provide guidance and inspiration to customize the piece using ideas, colours, symbols, and words related to the chakra being explored.

Optional Reiki Energy Healing (12 minutes) – While painting, receive a mini Reiki session from Rose to help balance and amplify your chakra energy.

Wrap-Up & Sharing – Reflect on your creation and insights from the session.

Note: Reiki Energy Healing is optional. You’re welcome to enjoy your painting time without receiving Reiki if you prefer.
