Ever heard about 'in essence' , meaning 'fundamentally'? Well, this workshop is about getting back in touch with the essence of your Be-ing; about tapping into your creative power, bypassing the mind, getting into your flow zone.
A combination of meditation, tapping, guided visualisation, nourishing refreshments and journaling will help you paint/create freely and effortlessly; from the heart. It will be filled with emotion and intention - all while learning more about yourself, growing personally & evolving into the person you know you are inside while experiencing the joy of your creative imagination. We are all meant to shine, to be creative, intuitive & inspired!
This may be something new for you to try, but it will be freeing and fun within a safe, non-judgemental space where you and like-minded souls are free to explore beauty & colour as well as challenging feelings, and it will support your emotional/mental and spiritual wellbeing, in a hands-on and light-hearted way with a wellbeing mentoring/coaching element.
Don't worry about the 'blank canvas' - if you need it, we can together dive into ideas & techniques to get started, with a little bit of my creative questioning/mentoring.
The experience will involve
* guided visualisations/ meditation for inner child & personal power exploration
* short writing exercises & coaching to explore inspiration
* intuitive guidance & tools to unblock stagnant energy
* intuitive painting (all materials provided)
* light refreshments
* take home gifts & your artwork
Whatever unfolds is relating to our energies in the moment and our true nature within. It is a spontaneous process and it can help you to gain insights, release tension, feel joy, have fun and relax to calm the mind - which in turn reduces stress and anxiety.
This well-being workshop includes light refreshments and is offered at an energy exchange of £39 (plus £2 booking fee)
