Relax Unwind Re-Charge Don't Think Just BeMeditate and Chill with Sound and Crystals, hosted by Dr. Phyllis Greco Bucci, in the healing space located in the back of the shop. The session will flow naturally combining guided meditation and sound taking you deep into a relaxing state. Be prepared to be surrounded with crystal energy! Yoga mats and comfy cushions are provided to lay down and relax into peace and restoration. Being in the vibration of the Crystal Bowls and Crystals, raises the physical body to a higher frequency than thoughts that are lower in vibration that disrupt the body's natural flow. At this level the body is able to release lower frequencies causing imbalances in the energy system and connect more easily to your spiritual guidance and clarity.
