Meditate and Create sessions will embody basic principles to achieve true health. True health is optimizing your mental, physical and spiritual well-being.

Each session will support you in your efforts to experience more abundance, clarity and intentional manifestation.

You will learn about the importance of your 8 main Chakra energy fields.
You will learn the importance of proper breath work.
You will learn about optimizing your life.
After our meditation session you will create an aromatherapy item to support your intentions.
All items will be provided for you.

Each session will bring new insight for your overall well-being. This new insight will be beneficial for you, your family and your friends.
There are only 6 spaces available for each session.
I encourage you to join if you are interested in expanding yourself and your living experience in 2025.
