MediTANZion: Community Dance + KraftTanz Workshop
Let us gather again in community - to connect, to release, to feel and express, to DANCE and SING, to play and journey in a held and safe environment.
This is a space to explore your own free-style, authentic forms of movement -- The recipe is simple: Move and be moved.

We will begin the evening with a KraftTanz Workshop:
Through various connection and movement exercises as well as practices inspired by the Maori Haka (not an authentic haka, but inspired by it), we will open a safe and mindful space to step into our primal power.

19:00 - KrafTanz Workshop
20:00 - DOORS CLOSE (no entry after this)
20:05 - MediTANZion: Dance Journey
22:35 - Singing Circle
23:00 - Clean up
** We are strict with the closing time at 20:00 - so please come early, and respect the policy, once we have closed the doors there is no more entry.

Supporter: 30,-

** If money is a challenge - just write me for extra reduction (write me BEFORE the day of the event and we'll work it out, not on the day itself).
