Come poets, writers, creators and receivers to a poetry circle built on the foundations of poetry therapy: Write / listen / receive words to process, integrate and express your life experiences in a brave space.
Every session is paired with mindful movement, soothing sound therapeutics and warm tea.
Guest facilitators will join me on occasion to offer any of the respective additions to our time together.
