Medicinal Herbal Intensive WorkshopFocusing on the nervous system. How it works, what it does, what kinds of things we can do to strengthen and support it, how to deal with common issues such as stress, overwhelm, and pain, what can go wrong and why, what herbs help heal it, work together to create stress reducing formulas, support teas, and pain, spasm, and cramp reduction methods and preparations
This is a very intensive class that will include lecture and hands on activities. Lots of written materials and recipes will be included as well as all materials to do the activities.
Please bring note paper and writing instruments. You will want to take notes
Cost of the class is $60
This is a series of five classes so if you sign up for all five and pay in advance the series will be $10 off per class or $250 for the series.
