Medicina - Ecstatic Dance

Medicina is movement meditation that allows you to learn how to connect deeper to your body, your emotions, and your thoughts through a non choreographed style of dance more commonly known as Ecstatic Dance.

​This type of mediation is a great way to explore your authentic expression through dance, movement, and sound. The best part is your don't need ANY dance experience you just need a willingness to show up as YOU. All walks of life are welcome to come play and enjoy this experience.

Prepare yourself for a nourishing 2 hours session of play, movement, and connection! Sessions occur once a month.

​What you can expect:

• Introduction to Medicina and to each other
• Custom curated music playlist to ensure a deep journey
