Join us on Monday, April 29th, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at SAIL's Queensbury Campus for our Medicare Saving's Program Walk-in Day!Who is eligible?
Individuals who pay for their Medicare Part B premium ($174.70).
Income guidelines:
Single: up to $2,280.00 monthly income
Couple: up to $3,077 monthly income
Savings: up to $329 monthly
For your appointment, please bring the following for EVERYONE in the household:
Medicare card (red, white, and blue)
Proof of all income
Proof of Health Insurance Premiums
Photo ID
Proof of residence (If not a U.S. citizen, provide proof of your current immigration status.)
