Whether you are just turning 65 or have been on Medicare for a while, your choices and coverage can be complex. This class will lift your cloud of confusion! This class is taught by Pam Giles, a retired Air Force veteran with extensive experience in the customer service and education space. Her interest in Medicare was triggered when a family member was placed in a plan that resulted in loss of benefits and unnecessary inconvenience. Pam’s desire is to help clarify any misconceptions individuals may have through education and a personal touch.
