Helping providers bridge the gap between knowledge and know how. This culinary medicine class will introduce culinary knowledge and skills to providers so they can help their patients prevent and reverse food-related diseases. Through didactics and demonstration, attendees will learn tools for interviewing and guiding healthier eating while being served a whole-food plant-based (WFPB) meal.
