Ascension Wisconsin will offer free services including:
Medical Exams- Primary Care
Pharmacy/Dispensary of Hope
Foot Washing
Community Resources- Food & additional services
Spiritual Care
Follow-up appointments
Physical Therapy services-screenings, basic exercises with bands
All are welcome! First come, first serve. No insurance required.
