Medical Freedom Northwest this time around is the collection of hosts: Moses Lake Professional Ph*rm*cy{MLRX}, Pacific Northwest Wellness Center, and Assurance Healthcare & Counseling Center. At this in-person event, discover and connect with an exploding community of like-hearted health professionals and individuals who are passionate about practicing medical freedom.

Kelly Victory, MD ~ Back for the 4th time. Dr. Victory has 30+ years of clinical experience as a residency-trained trauma and emergency specialist, is an expert in disaster preparedness and response and medical management of mass casualties, & has been a regular on the Ask Dr Drew Pinsky Show & other media including ABC7 Los Angeles. Dr Victory is associated with Harvard Medical School Department of Health Care Policy, Transparency Policy Project-Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

Mary Talley Bowden, MD ~ Back for the 4th time. Dr. Bowden, an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist, recently won her lawsuit against the FDA regarding the patient / doctor relationship. The 1st to start the wave rolling! Featured on CNN Health, BioPharma-Reporter, Los Angeles Daily News, Newsweek and more.

Shelley Candelaria, RN ~ Owner-GPRN-Herbal Nurse at Verde Functional Wellness Center & Medicinal Apothecary.

Renata Moon, MD ~ Dr. Renata Moon is board certified in both General Pediatrics & Pediatric Hospital Medicine. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in biochemistry & medicine and has actively practiced clinical pediatrics for over 20 years. In her role as Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine, Dr. Moon has taught countless thousands medical students, interns and residents in undergraduate and graduate medical education. She has recently served on a medical school admissions committee and has first-hand experience with the frontlines of change within the medical world. Dr. Moon joined the Board of Directors of the American College of Pediatricians to help children and their families.

Ryan Cole, MD ~ Medical Director and CEO of Cole Diagnostics, an Independent full service pathology laboratory located in Boise, Idaho and serving patients regionally and nationally.

Casey Ward ~ Casey Ward, a San Diego-based Bitcoin educator & consultant, discovered Bitcoin in 2017 and never looked back. Driven by a passion for financial freedom, Casey created a comprehensive Bitcoin & Money course that breaks down the history of money, its current deficiencies, the flaws in traditional finance, and Bitcoin’s revolutionary potential to fix the money. Casey’s course is not only available to the general public, but he also teaches his curriculum to junior high & high school students at a local school. Additionally, he provides tailored consulting services on Bitcoin self-custody, wallet security, and risk mitigation strategies. Casey is on a mission to redefine financial education by empowering others to think differently about their financial future and truly understand the value of freedom money!

Pastor Brian Noble ~ Pastor Brian Noble, a well-known catalyst for transformational change, brings a wide range of experience to FPIW as an author, sheriff’s chaplain, ordained minister, Christian mediator, and candidate for political office. Pastor Brian holds a Master of Arts in missional leadership from Northwest University. He joined the FPIW team in 2023. For almost 30 years, he has served the community as either a youth pastor, senior pastor, or executive pastor in the Assemblies of God church. His most recent post included the position of CEO of Peacemaker Ministries where he accumulated over a decade of conflict coaching and mediation experience. His caseload included marital conflicts, family estates and farms, public schools, and county government. He was a peacemaking instructor in local jails and internationally in Uganda and the Ukraine. He continues to be a Peacemaker Fellow and is the author of multiple training and case manuals as well as The Path of a Peacemaker, Living Reconciled, and a 365-day Devotional. – Brian believes in engaging the public square. He was the chair of the Spokane County GOP, where his efforts have led a grassroots effort to get conservative leadership back into government. – Brian Noble describes himself as an everyday guy who believes in the power of God’s word to proclaim hope and transform lives. He and his wife, along with their four children and daughter-in-law, live in eastern Washington and recently welcomed their second grandchild, a blessing they all enjoy.
