Shenandoah County Dept. of Fire and Rescue will be sponsoring an EMS Skills Day for our Medic level providers, both career and volunteer.Topics to include but not limited to: Difficult airways, MAI procedures, Surgical airways, Humeral head IO access, Pediatric intubation, medication administration, and ventilator therapy.
THIS TRAINING IS MANDATORY FOR ALL MEDIC LEVEL PROVIDERS!
If you do not attend, you will not be released to practice at your current level under our EMS Physician! - Dr. Adam
Date: May 6th Time: 07:00 Location: SCFR HQ’s
Date: May 8th Time: 1700 hrs. Location: Mt. Jackson R&F
Date: May 15 Time: 1700 hrs. Location: Strasburg Volunteer Rescue Squad
Training Rooms
Prerequisites: Intermediate and Paramedic level are required to attend; all other certification levels are welcome.
Registration: Registration is REQUIRED!
Please register with Shannon -with the date and time on which you will be attending.
Time slots will be every half hour and on a first come first serve basis.
• This training will take place every 6 months and both sessions are mandatory
