Welcome to Mediative Yoga at the Garden! Join us for some relaxing yoga and sound healing session amidst the beautiful surroundings of the Glover Street Community Garden. Let's unwind and connect with nature as we practice mindfulness and meditation together.

Come prepared with comfortable clothing and 2 hours after eating to enjoy the experience. All levels are welcome, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi. Yoga mats are provided but feel to bring your own.
