Take some time time for yourself and relax with our Tibetan singing bowl experience. We'll spend an hour led by Hank Hammerlund and the bowls. You can bring your own yoga mat if desired ( or blankets will be provided) and wear comfy clothing to lay on the floor and have the bowls rest on you as they are resonated. This is a unique experience and one to give you a few moments to help relax your body and mind. Dates:

Workshops are hosted at 1101 Maple Avenue Suite A, Lisle, IL 60532 unless otherwise noted.
We are located on the south side of the street corner on Maples Avenue and Lenox Avenue in a red brick building in the front half of Angel Food Catering between Dunkin' Donuts and the Cleaners. Across the street is Maple Terrace shopping complex with Walgreens and Starbucks.
Parking is located in the rear of the building and street-side parking is allowed on Lenox Avenue.
