The event will be chaired by Dr Vanessa Collingridge with panel discussion and dedicated networking time, the event builds on the success of previous conferences.
With a keynote from Tony Allen “Mediating in the Shadow of the Law” as well as workshops "What we Learn from our own Practice"; "The Consumer Voice"; "How to prevent “a slip 'twixt the cup and the lip”! How to encourage parties to mediate after a court referral to the Mediation Clinic; a workshop delivered by Dr Anna Howard, Queen Mary University London.
The conference will be of interest to academics, students of law and dispute/conflict resolution, lawyers, judges, court administrators – and of course, mediators!
