Mederos MMA Workshop

Join us for an intensive 2-day MMA workshop led by a current UFC athlete. This is a rare opportunity to train directly under a professional fighter actively competing at the highest level of the sport.

Over two days, you’ll focus on sharpening your striking fundamentals, improving your grappling transitions, and developing the fight IQ needed to compete. Sessions will include live drilling, technique breakdowns, and situational work drawn from real fight experience.
