Join us for a 6-week class series focused on eating a healthy Mediterranean-style eating pattern and participate in hands-on cooking.
About this Event

T his program will focus on the 7 simple steps to eating the Med Way. Each session covers 1-2 steps, a mindfulness skill and features a hands-on cooking experience. Participants will work in small groups and prepare and sample two recipes each class.

C lass will take place from 6-8 p.m. each session. Series dates are: April 2, 9,16, 23, 30 and May 7th.
