This 3-hour workshop includes lectures, practice with hands-on lab trainers, and one-on-one coaching. Ideal for new employees in a manufacturing setting, the workshop delivers basic hand tool knowledge and exposure to mechanical reasoning concepts.
Employees who understand how mechanical equipment and tools work can readily apply that knowledge in practical situations. Workshops may also be used as a tool to prepare employees for mechanical assessments or other testing to prepare them for a job change, career advancement, or other training opportunity.
