Join Colorado Whitewater at 14er Brewery in Denver on February 21st from 6-8pm with local Swiftwater Rescue Instructor Nik White of WhitewaterWorkshop.com. Learn about mechanical advantage and pulley systems like z-drags, vector pulls and maybe even a 9:1. The goal is to help you build these systems from memory when you're out on the river. If you're interested in learning how to construct these rope and pulley systems to help flip a raft or extract a pinned boat—or if you just want to learn more about how they work—come out and grab a beer with us.
