MEC Gear Swap // Edmonton South

Have some gently used outdoor gear that deserves a new home for adventure? Rent a table and join us at the MEC Gear Swap to sell your gear.

Date: October 4, 2025

Time: 10am - 2pm

Table rentals are just $20 (+ fees). All proceeds from table rentals will go to the local Alpine Club of Canada Section

• A space to sell your gear at the MEC Gear Swap
• A 6ft table and chair
• Access to a community of outdoor enthusiasts

• Rent a table through the link 
• Ensure your gear is clearly priced before you arrive 
• Upon arrival, check in with an MEC staffer to get your table ready (30min before event start) 
• Hang out at your table and sell (or swap) your outdoor gear 

Note: you are responsible for selling your own gear and must be present at your table for the duration of the event. Come prepared with the necessary change (if accepting cash) or an alternative payment method (i.e. square reader or e-transfer)
