In this class you’ll explore rhythms, sounds, and motions drawn from the diverse cultures and regions across Ethiopia and Eritrea. This class blends traditional dances with a Zumba-style flow.

No experience needed. All levels are welcome!

🖤 Dress code: All black or comfortable workout clothes
