Come see the Meagan Hope Band at Al's Den on July 27th! They sound like the Laurel Canyon music scene of the 1970's smashed 90's grunge/alternative and had a baby!
Meagan is a 70’s spirit who grew up in the 90’s and her songwriting style and voice captures both eras. With an alto range much like Natalie Merchant, Stevie Nicks, and Grace Slick; her music naturally has this 70’s/90’s influence.
Not only will you hear some great original songs, but sing-along to some of the classics, such as: Woodstock (CSNY), White Rabbit (Jefferson Airplane), Because the Night (10,000 Maniacs) and Criminal (Fiona Apple) just to name a few.
Meagan Hope band has a well-rounded full sound with our 6-piece band - Meagan Hope (lead vocals) Ken Webster (keys, vox), Rusty Holmes (guitar), Jimi McCoy (bass), Blaine Oswald (guitar, vox), and Danny Long (drums).
