Season 18 of our family concert series beneath Boulder's Flatirons. Short hike followed by an outdoor, nature-themed kids' concert.
Meadow Music 2022 will be back at Chautauqua Green! Hooray! We have 4 weekend morning shows and 6 Monday evening shows planned for you. Big break from mid-June through mid-July so that Jeff & Paige can visit their families ?
*This event is free to the public thanks to the City of Boulder's Open Space and Mountain Parks Division! OSMP has been staffing, sponsoring, schlepping gear, dressing up in costumes and helping kids safely cross the road for 18 years. We love you OSMP!
*Registration is not required to attend.
*There will be some shade.
*Bring picnic blankets and/or low chairs, picnics and plenty of water.
*Join us for our short, toddler friendly, pre-concert hike. We'll find our animal and color of the week on this .2 mile nature loop at the base of the Foothills. Meet at the stage at the advertised time. Concert itself starts when the hike returns (30 min. after the advertised time)
*Concert will last 1 hr. and includes original science and nature-based kids' music, educational skits, quick costume changes and loads of audience interaction/participation.
*We hope to have some guest musicians join us onstage.
*Feel free to stick around after the show and picnic/play!
*COVID comfort levels, distancing, masking, etc. are up to each individual family. There is space so take space if you need it. Kids are welcome to come up to the front and dance with grown up permission.

Jeff and Paige use songs, storytelling, and interactive play to engage kids with nature, music, and movement. They have a large regional following in Colorado and a growing audience nationwide. Their primary Colorado audience is Denver, Boulder, the Greater Front Range, & mountain community residents. These are families with kids aged between 3-9.
Through their live shows and six different albums Jeff and Paige have reached thousands of children with their joyful spirit of play and passion for ecological awareness. They have won several awards for their music and musical programming: 2019, 2016 and 2013 Parent's Choice Awards, 2016 National Parent Products Award (NAPPA) Award, 2013 and 2016 Parent's Choice Award, 2014 Creative Child Magazine CD of the Year Award, and Colorado Alliance for Environmental Education Award (CAEE) for excellence in programming.
