Vendor is responsible for supplying Table(s)/Tents(s). Event is rain or shine, fee non-refundable. Longmeadow Fire Company is not responsible for any damages or loss. Veichles will not be permitted to be parked at space. ALL veichles are to be parked in lot after unloading.

No food or beverage vendors. ***See Food Vendor Page for Food Truck Rental spaces.***

Set-up 5:30am day of event.

**Please note; this is a yard sale not a Direct Sells Event/Open House. Coordinators will not be monitoring Consultants reserving spaces. Fire Company is not responsible to the contract terms of Direct Sales Company/Consultant.
