Jennifer is the founder of the Butler Birder's Club and it's her goal to create a welcoming environment for birders of all abilities to enjoy nature in Butler County. Jennifer is a graduate of Audubon's Master Birder Program. She also volunteers as a raptor caretaker with Audubon's educational raptor program. Find out more at Butler Birders Club.
Have you noticed the meadow at Alameda and wondered about the plants or the wildlife that uses it? Chris Kubiak of the Audubon Society of Western PA will give a presentation about the ecology of Alameda's meadow, including the plants and birds that you can find there. Native plant seeds will be provided to participants. This event will take place at Pavilion 12. Please bring water and binoculars if you'd like.
