Celebrate Poetry Month at R. F. Meador Library! We will create our own pieces of poetry and art by exploring discarded books for words of wisdom and turning them into your very own blackout poetry.Blackout poetry, a form of found poetry, involves transforming text from old books into a new, original poem by crossing out or obscuring the words that are not part of the new creation.
Supplies and space are limited, register every teen who will be attending, ages 13-17.
