🪑Seating Arrangements
Attendees are encouraged to pre-organise their tables prior to the event.
• Maximum 10 attendees per table
• 1 seating form submission per table/group only
• All attendees must still individually purchase their own ticket through Rubric
• If ticket holders are not included on a seating form by the closing date, they will be randomly allocated to a table
Important Notes:
•Tables submitted with fewer than 10 attendees may be combined by MDSS
• Primary contact person should complete the form and will act as the liaison between MDSS and the group
• Ensure all contact details are entered correctly and the same as they appear on Rubric

Forms Open: Monday 1 June
Forms Close: Friday 17 July (strict closing date)
A google form link will be sent out when your tickets have been purchased
