MDRD partners with Eastern Kille Distillery for an exclusive multi-course food and cocktail pairing event. Each course is paired with a handcrafted cocktail featuring Eastern Kille's premium spirits designed to complement, elevate, and surprise. One night. One collaboration. One unforgettable experience.

EVENT INFORMATION

• Thursday, April 29, 2026
• 6:30pm – 8:30pm
• $95 per ticket – includes tax and gratuity, does not include Eventbrite fees
• This event will feature open seating, designed to create a relaxed and social dining atmosphere with courses being served in a shared, celebratory format.
• Located on the 29th floor of MDRD. Access to the event space requires one flight of stairs. If you or anyone in your party may need assistance, please reach out to us in advance so we can ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival.

First Course:

Oxtail Stuffed Morals

paired with Eastern Kille Agave Spirit, ginger, pomegranate, lemon, nora secas pepper tincture

Second Course:

Spring Farm Salad

paired with Eastern Kille American Dry Gin washed with arbequina olive oil, Guindala Pipara pepper brine, blanc vermouth, lemon twist

Third Course:

Iberico Porkchop

paired with Eastern Kille Mirepoix Pork Belly Fat washed Bourbon, demerara simple syrup, orange bitters

Fourth Course:

Basque Cheesecake

paired with equal parts cocktail featuring Eastern Kille Straight Rye Whiskey, Coffee Liqueur, Eastern Kille Fernet with cardamom bitters
