This experience offers you the opportunity to experience the MDMA frequency substance free and locally in the EE system which cocoons your energy while offering you pure love- If you’ve never experienced MDMA before, think of your favorite movie, with your best friend, all snuggled up in a fuzzy blanket with your favorite snack, perfectly content blissed out!
The evening will consist of two main parts followed by group integration.
This first is a hypnagogic session that is looped 2x to give you a 30 min experience under the light. As humans we love repetition so it is hoped that when the second time the session rolls around that you will feel familiarity with it and be able to sink even deeper into your experience. Healing/grounding touch (if desired) will be offered as the light works best with as regulated a nervous system as possible and touch helps.
The second part of the evening you will have the chance to either set an intention for your experience, if before light session or integrate your experience if after and relax in the EE system. I will also have oracle/tarot cards for you to play with.
The final portion of the evening will consist of an opportunity to share your experience if desired and participate in a short closing circle.
(Please note that the hypnagogic light is a closed eye experience and is similar to flashing strobe lights. A waiver will need to be signed by all participants) Due to liability we cannot accommodate those with brain injury, epilepsy, under 18, or those with light sensitivity.
This is a great choice for someone who is new to hypnagogic light therapy and a very gentle introduction to psychedelic simulated experience. If you can step into the space with curiosity and wonder rather than fear and anxiety it will greatly benefit you. Think of the wide eyed wonder a child walks into a new experience with before loudly proclaiming, “I want to try!”
The experience for everyone is different. Most people experience a kaleidoscopic visual effect and feel a calm body reset. You may drift off and recalibrate in a different way or may fall asleep. All of these are fantastic ways for the body to reset. No matter what your experience it always supports you to believe that the experience you had was absolutely perfect for you.

The Roxiva light system is to my knowledge the only light that has been recognized by MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies)as being able to mimic the brain in different plant medicine states as effectively as ingesting the substance. This sound track of this session has been curated by me. Classical music has been clinically proven to calm the body and mind. Strings open the heart and breath anchors the body and reminds the body it is safe and grounded. I have combined all 3 concepts for your musical soundtrack. Paired with the light session, ecstasy is at your fingertips.
If you read this far, you get to read my why of why I created this workshop. I have PTSD and I’ve been out of my body for decades and have only been back (mostly) in my body for the last decade. My body has a high startle reflex, meaning I jump out of my body in any situation that holds anxiety for me. This MDMA light session allows you the expansiveness of a deep journey within the container of unconditional love, meaning safety and security is built right into the experience allowing the body to feel held and calm. MDMA was my first real experience of unconditional love, not through another, not if you are good, not words, but actual feelings, a connection with my body I didn’t know existed. I wanted to create as close to a version of that as possible for you. May your journey hold nothing but love, that exists through you and for you for no other reason that you are here.
