This free in-person seminar is designed for individuals and families affected by neuromuscular disease, offering valuable educational sessions, expert guidance and resources focused on daily living, life transitions, independence planning and community support.
Connect with clinicians, caregivers, advocates and others in the neuromuscular disease community for a day of learning, support and empowerment.
