Preliminary Week Two kicks off at McMenamin's Spanish Ballroom in Tacoma. 16 comics compete for the first time for just five chances to advance to the Semifinals.This event truly is the “Last Comic Standing”. The Compeition attracts comedians from across North America and beyond. This event is one of the most prestigious comedy events in North America, launching the careers of people like Mitch Hedberg. It’s an outrageously funny evening, where you will see the comedy stars of tomorrow competing for their chance at fame and fortune. Hundreds of comedians audition each year to compete. Only 32 are chosen.
Hosting the show is former Competition Finalist Birungi Birungi.
