Beat off the Christmas indulgence with this 6-week Tabbing program held at various locations each week. All routes will be in the Bedfordshire area. Who's it for?
Anyone who wants to START a fitness program and get ahead of the January rush to be healthier and fitter.
Every session will be able to cater for both beginners and those already with a good level of fitness.
Each session will be run by our ex-military and personal trainer Coxy with the addition of 1 other trainer if needed (numbers dependant).
The cost
