Join the McClung Museum for a special two-hour workshop led by Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians artist Laura Walkingstick. Held in conjunction with our premier exhibition, Homelands: Connecting to Mounds through Native Art, this program explores the fun and traditional techniques of crafting cornhusk dolls. With all materials provided, you’ll be guided through the creative process to ensure you leave the session with a beautiful, handmade doll to cherish for years to come.Support for this program is provided by the Henry Luce Foundation.
