McCarthy: T3N2 Outreach - GMP 5

We invite you to join us on February 7th for an informational session focused on upcoming opportunities for Small Business Enterprise (SBE) partners and first-tier subcontractors on the McCarthy T3N2 project.

This event will provide a detailed look at scopes of work within GMP 5, set for bidding in Q2 2025, including structural steel framing, cold-formed metal framing, curtain wall and glazing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other essential trades. We will also preview GMP 6, scheduled for Q4 2025, which includes scopes such as architectural wood casework, resilient flooring, ceiling treatments, and site concrete, among others.

Additionally, first-tier subcontractors for civil, concrete, mechanical, plumbing, skin systems, steel, and structural framing will be introduced, offering attendees a chance to understand how these scopes integrate into the broader project.
