The 9th edition of the MCAST ICA Festival celebrates the creative achievements of talented students from eleven Bachelor of Arts (Honours) courses at the MCAST Institute for the Creative Arts in Mosta.
The areas covered include Creative Media Production, Fashion, Fine Art, Game Art, Graphic Design, Interactive Digital Media, Journalism, Performing Arts, Photography, and Product and Spatial Design.
The festival offers a valuable platform for these students to exhibit their hard work and individual talents, particularly those directly linked to their respective dissertation projects. It provides exposure among stakeholders in the creative industries as well as the local arts and design communities. It is also an opportunity for prospective candidates to determine the areas of study they wish to pursue and for employers to identify potential recruits according to sector.
This year’s edition also serves as a platform to discuss AI and creative practice in the creative arts.
